What is a Wellness Mindset?

Wellness and Mindset are two terms on trend. Yet the concepts are timeless. Therefore, I have combined the two into a WELLNESS MINDSET. 

Wellness is about being "healthy" in various dimensions. These include yet are not limited to emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, occupational, social, environmental, and interpersonal health. The dynamic of each of these areas is interconnected with one another.

Mindset is the combination of thoughts and beliefs we have on any subject. Those thoughts and beliefs then influence our actions. For instance, if I believe that financial health is important, I will learn to manage my money in such a way as to use it wisely, resulting in an abundance.
